We come alongside pastors and church leaders to address conflict, strengthen communication, and cultivate healthy organizational cultures. In addition, we guide churches through the thoughtful development of mission and vision statements, helping them discern who they are, what they are called to do, and how to align their ministry, leadership, and resources around that calling—so they can lead faithfully and effectively, even in the most difficult times. Our program is designed to accommodate a retreat setting. We would conduct a Friday evening session, including a meal, and begin right away with breakfast, a morning session, lunch and then a final afternoon session, wrapping up by three in the afternoon.
